The right destination depends on what you need:
- For a mugshot, booking record, roster check, or release-status path, begin with the Madison County records hub and contact MCDC when the jail created the file.
- For a Richmond Police report, use RPD at 859-623-1162 or police@richmondky.gov. For a Berea Police record, call 859-986-8456 and use Berea Form 15.
- For a recent arrest, remember that no verified county or city daily booking feed exists. Check the current roster, then use the arresting agency and jail request routes.
- For a warrant question or tip, use the court and agency contacts described under Wanted Fugitives. Do not confront anyone.
